    The EC is one of the genius things about the American system. It allows for the entire country to vote, to have their vote count, and gives proper weight to the entire states.

    The article states that small (population wise) States or Commonwealths have a greater voice in the EC than the bigger states on a % basis.

    Lets increase the House by 65 seats - then representations would be more balanced.
