    I find the folks here who support suppression of evidence and dishonest state prosecutors disgusting. If you're so gung ho that she deserves the benefit of the doubt then so does George. I shudder to think these folks have such hate in their heart that they want this guy in jail, despite the facts. In this country we are innocent until proven guilty. Perhaps some of you would feel more comfortable in a commie country. I don't know. But don't dare tell me the Bill of Rights is on your side, because that is just a joke.

    Who denied a rush to judgment? A young man was killed and he killed him doing something he wasn't authorized to do.

    Arrest him and let the courts play it out as they have been.

    I didn't say it wasn't supposition. But I tend to think they are right in their supposition. And based upon Robert Snow's earlier response, I think the case can be made that they are 100% correct in their supposition.

    And I tend to think our framers had it right when they said "innocent until proven guilty". What part of that statement is so difficult for you to grasp ? Supposition should have no bearing in a "murder" case. You clearly want the guy in jail no matter the facts.

    And I ask you the same thing I asked Benjamin. What is my political agenda ? Why is my decision to wait for a jury verdict before passing judgment on the man myself so offensive to you ?

    Dishonest how? What she did appears to be legal and may be part of the reason she bypassed the grand jury indictment.


    A young man was killed and he was the one there. He should have been arrested and the system allowed to play itself out.

    This is not her first run-in with corruption charges. She's caused at least 4 state prosecutors to resign. She has also been using taxpayer money to pad her retirement. Withholding evidence, and signing off on it after are illegal

    The system plays out, then he is arrested.
