    If anyone would read world history----it was the nation of Germany that was experienceing the exact same thing as the article states----they borrowed and borrowed to pay for their monetary "settlement" owed to the "winning side" according to the Treaty of Versailles-------the nation of Germany never recouperated the losses which eventually led to the uprise of the Second World War
