I'm not sure. But I feel guilty every time I do. So it must be. There are these verses:

Though its actually more directed to laziness. Is procrastination a symptom of Laziness?

So often I have heard the promptings of the Spirit, telling me to do something now. When I obeyed, I found out why, and there was a blessing for somebody. When I disobeyed ... procrastinated ... I found out why, and there was a missed blessing for somebody and a sense of guilt for me. I am thinking particularly about those promptings that say, "Go visit xxxx, he needs you."

Delay one or two of those and find out someone has died, and there will not be any question that procrastination can be sinful.

I never thought I would see such a den of iniquity as I do on this thread! Making light of Procrastination! Almost as if there is approval of this time dishonored practice! Oh woe are you who make light of sin and iniquity! For shame. And you call yourselves Christians!

There is a joke here about the time is at hand for the past 2,000 + years but I don't really want to mock it since the scriptures say the people will mock Jesus return. So, I'll just state it. Not really mock it for he may come back tomorrow. Ah... Well... I guess I just have a bad sense of humor.

I hope not since I live by the procrastinator's creed "Never do today what you can put off until tomorrow.":laugh:

I would not think that procrastination is a sin if what you were procrastinating was a sin.

In the parable of the ten virgins, 5 of them procrastinated, and when it was announced that the bridgegroom was coming, they had to go try to buy oil at the last minute, but while they were out, the bridgegroom came, so they were left behind, being a metaphor for them not making it to heaven.
