Supreme Court overrules Sotomayor--again

What is really a shame is that 4 Justices of the Supreme Court believe believe racial discrimination is constitutional...

as long as they get to choose the races and make the rules.

Sotomayor shares the same racist views.

 

Thankfully her discrimination was stopped..

 

I believe this decision by the SC was a good one. It was close, 5-4. Two wrote in a manner that could be considered a criticism of the lower court. A third couched his words suggesting that the lower court had little precidence to draw on and that it was proper for the Supreme Court to give guidance.

 

And I believe also that a couple of the dissenting positions did go ahead and criticize the handling of the whole thing by the lower court.
