Let me know what you think. Especially about the ones teaching there. That should stir up some controversy.

    Hi Rhet,

I was a little surprised to see Ed Stetzer and John Piper listed as faculty.

And I was intrigued to see the courses on Pastor as Priest, and Pastor as King. The course on Pastor as Prophet is fine with me. The other two got my curiosity up. IIt's all in who is doing the defining, I guess.

This isn't unusual. Other Christian uiversities offer different types of Masters in Leadership degrees. I'm currently studying for a Masters in Christian leadership from a local accredited Christian University. My wife has a dual masters: One in Christian Education, and one in Ministry Leadership. She's one smart cookie. How she married me, I have no idea.

    Hello "Johnv,"

It is good to hear from you, I am not sure we have talked before? I understand what you meant by your "Christian university" comment.

Maybe I have not read deeply enough in the web pages, but I think this one is "Mars Hills Church" based? And I do not know (I am almost sure) that Mars Hill does not have a "Christian university" attached to it. That is the primary thing that caught my eye.

    Other thoughts from other places?
