School children in North Carolina chant about President Obama, declaring, "Change has come" and praising the president for "uniting blacks and whites" in a YouTube video that's garnering national attention.

Do you object to the races getting along well together?

That's a rather obtuse question, given the thread topic I think. It's flirting with the crime of race-baiting, I'd say.

It is also a false attempt at redirecting from the subject of this thread.

Did not mean it that way. I read what the kids were saying and I do not see it trying as the slant of the thread indicates. So, I was wondering what is wrong with "uniting the races". Did you notice it does say that Obama is both black and white?

It's not about race.. it is about worshiping the false god, Obama...

Hey Crabby, are you OK with taking the song, "Jesus loves the children" and replacing Jesus' name with Obama?
If so.. you are too far gone...

Here it is from the OP's article...

This is clearly religious worship of the false messiah Obama.

I did not see anything about worshiping Obama in the piece linked.

    I did see the following:

This to me was the thrust of the piece and I see nothing wrong with encouraging kids to become educated and in teaching them they can make a difference..

I thought that Obama is supposed to be the first Black President.

Perhaps we need to start referring to Obama as the first mulatto President.

BTW exactly what has Obama done to unite races?

Just curious, have you asked any of your African American friends how Obama's election has effected their view of race relations in America?

Nothing in fact his race is being used as a political tool to silence opposition by making false accusations of racism if you refuse to accept his marxist policies. He has done nothing but drive a much bigger wedge.

They are not participating in this conversation - you are - well sort of.

I can only intuit from your lack of response to my question that you can not tell me what Obama has done to unite the races.

By winning the election it became apparent that many white voters voted for him. This changed the views of many African Americans of their perception of the white population. That is progress. Additionally it has changed the view of many people in other countries concerning race in America.

Obviously for some it has driven a wedge into race relations for some people as we can see by the frantic efforts of the wild-eyed right to publish misinformation about almost everything that is going on in our country.

There is at least one other big change and that is many African Americans now are telling their children that America has changed and they can set their ambitions on any level. The old line about 'not having a chance,' is no longer seen viable to many.

Now, why not ask some of your African American friends if their views have changed?

    Indoctrinating children with lies.

Obama is further dividing the races, not uniting them.

Liberals always do, regardless of their own race.

there are apparently chirsitans who approve of and encourage children to worship a man, not God. Of wait, obama is a god, I almost forgot.

That you repeatedly ask this question suggests to me that for some reason you believe me to be other than Black.

    Why do you assume such?

    CTB sez:
    1) America changed a long time ago, but the left has kept them (blacks) on the D plantation for so long they didn't/don't see it.

    2) They have been able to set their ambitions "on any level" for quite sometime now but -- see statement #1.

    3) "not having a chance" was dispelled many years ago, but --- see statement #1!

Many blacks have been very successful, but the left refuses to recognize ANY black success save that which the liberals hand out.

    J C Watts
    Colon Powell
    Thomas Sowell
    Condoleza Rice
    Clarence Thomas
    Walter Williams
    Raymond Perkins

And many, many more, but they, by virtue of not totally relying on nanny gov't, are not considered "BLACK". I actually heard a black man on a talk show state that (paraphrased) "--we don't consider Clarence Thomas a black, but just an 'Uncle Tom'! "

Now, can you answer the question yourself - What exactly has Obama done to unite the races? - w/o shuffling the burden to others??????????

And IF you CAN, will you??????:BangHead:
