Trotter, You mean if I click on download, it will be applied automatically to my
computer or do I have to do something else. Thanks you and MrJim!
Yes, we have asked several computer teachers and they did not call us back.

Be careful. What you are seeing could be spyware that has infected your computer. This has happened to us. If it is spyware, you will have to wipe your computer clean. Best to check with someone knowledgeable in computers. Fortunately, my son is in the computer biz and has fixed many problems for us.

Had that problem with my older computer and it is never wise to follow the prompts and download when you get these warnings. If you download their program you will just add to the problems with your computer. It is spyware that tries to sell you a solution to a problem they created..... a scam.... get advise from one of the local computer geeks or pay to have it removed.

Actually Tom, it's really easy to wipe your computer clean and reset it to factory specs, if it has the OS installed (I think my son called it a mirror?). The only problem is that you will lose everything you've saved. That may or may not matter, but it doesn't cost anything. Repairs are expensive. I've had to do this twice on my husbands laptop because of spyware. He is computer challenged. :tongue3:

A good free download to stop this is Spybot Search and Destroy. Just google it and there are many sites that offer it. But when this spyware got on my husband's computer, it wouldn't even let me download the Spybot program. That stuff is illegal, but so far nothing has been done to stop it.

Thanks all of you for your help.
This is an older computer and I guess we should pay some money
to have a computer company fix it properly and professionally for us.

So would you all pray that we will find a computer
company who will be reasonable and fix it up correctly and completely?

Thanks for all of your help!
    God bless you all!!

I forgot to mentioned that I downloaded what Trotter mentioned, but we cannot get our
speakers to work and we will definitely have the computer tech to fix it too.

:tonofbricks: I think my computer got a virus. I opened a letter @ FB and the next thing I knew there was something telling me that I need some anti virus help or something like that. I rebooted and now mu Avatar for the virus will only go to 98%. Right now I am using a laptop.
