I object to masonry being listed as if it were a denomination. It has nothing to do with church per se.

    Cheers,

Okay. I am not sure why I put it in....

I guess because of recent discussions.

Oh shoot! I mis-voted. I should have marked "Catholic" since I was adopted into a Catholic family but we were all saved when I was 7. However, I went to Catholic school from 7th through 12th grades. Oh what fun THAT was. ;)

I grew up Church of England, realized Christ as Saviour at 13. After Form 6, I went to a PB Gospel Hall in London and became a Baptist when I was called to ministry.

    Cheers,

    Jim

Well, I guess I was. I was a member of and attended a Presbyterian church from my junior year of high school and through our early married years. We were married there and attended for 13 years. But my whole family is Irish Catholic, and so early on, I was in the Catholic church and received my First Communion just before we were saved. After we were saved, we started attending a Congregational church and when we moved when I was 13, we started attending the Baptist church down the hill from my house (it was 2 buildings away from my house). But once I got involved in Campus Life/Youth for Christ, I started attending the Presbyterian church because many of my friends were attending (once again, it was within walking distance of my house). We left the Presbyterian church .... 12 or 13 years ago to begin attending our current church which is an independent Baptist church.

I put Quaker although I was not officially Quaker. However, I went to Quaker meetings a few times in high school, for about a year in college, and off and on for several years later on when I was becoming a New Ager. I met many New Agers at the Quaker House in Atlanta.
