Accreditation pt. 2

Does this mean that it will be recognized, or not?
It doesn't involve normal core classes, such as math. So, I don't see how it could be?
Though, I thought that anything affiliated with CHEA was accepted?

A stupid question, I am sure. If I get a bachelors from this group, can I get a masters from some other accredited, secular school - such as University of Phoenix (Just an example), without ever taking math and etc.?

7. Bethany is an approved teaching Center for Seminary Extension Courses in affiliation with the Seminary Extension Program of six Southern Baptist Seminaries.
