A well-known conservative blogger has parted ways with the nutty right. From HERE:
    1. Support for fascists, both in America (see: Pat Buchanan, Robert Stacy McCain, etc.) and in Europe (see: Vlaams Belang, BNP, SIOE, Pat Buchanan, etc.)

    2. Support for bigotry, hatred, and white supremacism (see: Pat Buchanan, Ann Coulter, Robert Stacy McCain, Lew Rockwell, etc.)

    3. Support for throwing women back into the Dark Ages, and general religious fanaticism (see: Operation Rescue, anti-abortion groups, James Dobson, Pat Robertson, Tony Perkins, the entire religious right, etc.)

    4. Support for anti-science bad craziness (see: creationism, climate change denialism, Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, James Inhofe, etc.)

    5. Support for homophobic bigotry (see: Sarah Palin, Dobson, the entire religious right, etc.)

    6. Support for anti-government lunacy (see: tea parties, militias, Fox News, Glenn Beck, etc.)

    7. Support for conspiracy theories and hate speech (see: Alex Jones, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Birthers, creationists, climate deniers, etc.)

    8. A right-wing blogosphere that is almost universally dominated by raging hate speech (see: Hot Air, Free Republic, Ace of Spades, etc.)

    9. Anti-Islamic bigotry that goes far beyond simply criticizing radical Islam, into support for fascism, violence, and genocide (see: Pamela Geller, Robert Spencer, etc.)

    10. Hatred for President Obama that goes far beyond simply criticizing his policies, into racism, hate speech, and bizarre conspiracy theories (see: witch doctor pictures, tea parties, Birthers, Michelle Malkin, Fox News, World Net Daily, Newsmax, and every other right wing source)

And much, much more. The American right wing has gone off the rails, into the bushes, and off the cliff.
I won’t be going over the cliff with them.
To which I can only say.... :applause:

Chuckie Johnson has not been a conservative for a long time. I was kicked off his site over two years ago, and it is a badge of honor.

He hates Christians, he will not allow any dissent on his site, he is nothing but the leader of his own little personality cult.

And his guitar playing is awful.

I had never heard of him, but found this through a link. He could be off the rails already, but I do believe he makes some excellent points in this particular treatise.

Somehow it doesn't surprise me that you, Magnetic Poles, are cheering for a person that thinks homosexuality is OK, abortion is cool, and that God didn't create everything. Seems like a person that's right up your alley.

That's nice, but I am not the subject of this thread. Thanks.

I don't know the guy but I do support a number of the things listed which are implied to be bad just by being grouped with others that are bad.

The list seems more like an attack on those who stand against abortion, homosexuality, bogus climate change "science", terrorism, the Islamic religion, socialism, and more.

When you interject yourself by saying "the nutty right" and giving thumbs up and applauding smilies, you should expect commentary on your position. If you don't like it, why don't you part ways from us nutty people around here?

Frankly I never heard of this whacko. I can say most of the stuff he was against I am for. He was confused about who is the Fascist in this country. That is BeeOh! Anyhow, if MP thinks he is great then he has, by definition, got some loose screws.

Sorry, but I can give my approval or not without becoming the subject, just as you can. That's what is called "opinion". You may look up the definition at dictionary.com. It isn't about what I like or dislike either, so time for you to get over yourself. You are not the opinion police. If you self identify as nutty, that is up to you.

Haha...OR, since you are in SC, I understand. There is something in the water down there. You guys scream "You Lie", go hiking the Appalachian Trail in a bedroom in Argentina, and are all confused. It will be okay. Really.

(Boy, am I glad to be north of that state line!) :wavey:

Oh, sorry, I forgot that you were the reply police. We aren't allowed to reply except in the fashion that you permit, right?

I'll make commentary on your wacked out liberal views every time I feel inclined to do so and it's you that will need to "get over" something.

It isn't, but MP is lonely and it makes him feel better to find others that think like him.

Hard to be lonely when you are in the majority. But keep telling yourself that.

The majority of what? Many you live in isolation if that is in fact what you believe. Most likely the same type of isolation Obama lives in since he doesn;t get it that the country has turned on him and his marxist polcies.

I used to live in SC. That is one far-right state. It's not just the politics, it's also the racist attitudes of many people in my old town. It would have really been bad living there if I weren't white. (Of course, they weren't all racist.) I'm glad I moved back to Florida, where I was born. Although FL is only slightly blue and my county, Duval County, went for McCain by a slim margin.

You do realize that a majority of people identity themselves as pro-life, right? Also, it's funny that a majority of people keep, time and time again, voting in these things to declare marriage between a man and a woman only. A majority of Americans also believe that God created man, without any evolutionary process. Wow...how 'bout them majorities?

So you have no constructive dialog to add to the discussion, Mitch?
