How would you grade the POTUS?

I know I didn't give options for independents, moderates or libertarians. Just vote from the side you most agree with.

and in an unusual move, I did not give others as an option.

and notice I use lower case for liberals and conservatives

If I could refine the grade, how about an F+. That is just a little more useless than an F.

As a conservative, I gave President Obama a "D". It is simply too early to drop the dreaded grade of "F". Give me another year or so and that will probably change.

    Incomplete.

So far, he's pretty much been a third Bush term with the exception of health care reform. When we see the final version of that, a grade "up to this point" could be issued. But I think it's too early for anything but an incomplete.

I refuse to vote.... it doesn't state the standards to guide me.

As far as the direction in which he is carrying our country and swiftly ....... he's already exceeded every evil bench mark, whihc I suspected he and his mentors had set for him.

However, we must realize that we give this man too much credit: He is only the figurehead... not much more or less than an actor behind which the evil forces unite. He could do nothing without others setting forth the plans and carrying out the schemes which they design. This man is no 'creator' of anything, nor can he do anything in a vaccum: He's a charismatic yokel who can deliver a good speach and tell pretty lies and hold an audience spell bound with his intensity of gaze and focus, until hypnotized, but he is not a planner...... this is being done by others who are protected in their secrets.

This man has not accomplished anything for himself except in appearances: He is the strawman in front of the plan.

He has accomplished much. Run up the debt, run up unemployment, left our troops hanging in the breeze while he played politics, and spent more money than I make in ten years traveling over seas to collect a peace prize he did not earn. he gets a big fat

I agree with you, but that's one reason why I'd give him an F.

I voted on the "liberal" side because most here would consider me "liberal," even though I personally consider myself a moderate.

Regardless, I give him a C. The economy has not completely collapsed, but it hasn't gotten all that much better.

We have had almost no progress in Iraq and Afghanistan. It's GWB part deux.

On healthcare reform, he has managed to get something rolling that will undoubtedly please no one. It has all of the bureaucracy but none of the "teeth" to accomplish actual reform. I fear that this is just going to end up costing a ton of money without helping much.

All in all, the country is still running, but it isn't really any better. Hence, the C.

I agree with everything you said, with the exception that he at least has an exit strategy for Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as some other foreign policy improvements.

He's flunked out big time in my book. I fear the country will never recover from the debt and bureaucratic mess he's going to leave behind.

This is my concern. I'll believe the exit strategy when I start seeing major withdrawals.

Based on the above and given the fact he has done nothing other than run around the world apologizing for the US he certainly deserves nothing greater than an F-minus!

I will stick with my F+ for him. The Nobel Peace Prize has to be worth something.
