Paul Krugman’s announcement that he is near to “giving up” on President Barack Obama is fueling a new round of liberal revolt.

Like many influential voices on the left, The New York Times columnist and Nobel Prize-winning economist has not been shy to voice his disapproval with some of the president’s specific policy initiatives over the past year.

But in the wake of a devastating surprise loss in the Massachusetts Senate special election, and with prospects of health care reform growing dimmer by the hour, Krugman and others liberals are charging Obama with failing to lead.

In a post on his blog Wednesday night titled “He Wasn’t the One We’ve Been Waiting For,” Krugman eviscerated Obama for, in the columnist’s view, not stepping up during a crucial moment in his presidency.

This is what I've been saying. Mr. Obama needs to stop running to the right and start leading or else the Democrats will be slaughtered in November.

There's no such thing as him running to the right.
You really don't know what you're talking about....
or else you're more radical than most of the liberal-progressive- socialist-communist- facist demagogues we call politicians and president.

But keep hanging in there till the smoke house fires are built.

Conservatives are sharpening their knives for the slaughter.

I haven't seen him running to the middle, much less the right, but to get to the middle he would have to move in the direction to his right, but not what I call to the right. Bush was so far to the left he made me nervous. BHO seem s to want to have us as the USSR was when I was over there in the 60's equally shared poverty and every body relying on the government for the cure all.

We don't see him the same way.

My friend, my fingers and mind weren't working together. Bush was so far to the left is what I wanted to say, so far to the left, that I never voted for him.

I almost strangled on my water when I read that.

King Zero? Running to the right? The dude doesn't have a clue what the right is or how to find it. If suddenly being willing to loosen up on this madness he is pushing that they call "health care reform" is what you think is leaning to the right you are very much mistaken. Dropping what has been railroaded through thus far and starting from scratch by including EVERYONE on the Hill, as well as actually living up to his pre-election hot air about open negotiations and "transparency" (pardon me while I spit to get that taste out of my mouth) would be him actually listening to THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES instead of his own ego and his cronies.

As for leading, King Zero doesn't have a clue. He knows jargon and he knows how to give a speech. He is as slick as Willie ever was. He makes a great poster child for minorities and the homosexual agenda. But leadership? He's never had any experience with it and wouldn't know it if it nipped him on his backside.

Face it... our "komandant" in charge is a talking head for the extreme left agenda and nothing more. He has no earthly clue what America wants or even needs and could care less.
