I vote in every election, and I often will do a write in ballot.

I do not vote in that many primaries, as the Conservative Party of NY usually does not have primaries (NY is a closed state)

    Vote early. Vote often.

I was concerned that my grandfather (who was born in Massachusetts) voted for Martha Coakley rather than Scott Brown. (Of course, he's been with the Lord for the 30 years.)

I vote every chance I get! Even in the local elections.

Friend of Spurgeon, that was funny!

In New York we have elections at least once a year.

Federal (congress - Pres) are held the same year with State - Assembly and Gov; in off election years we have county and town elections.

School distict elections (budget and board of education) are held about in April or May - unless you live in a major city, then the city council votes on the school budget, and the board of education is voted on during the Novemeber election on the off-Federal cycle. Then Village elections are held usually in March.

I voted for the first time in 1960, for Richard Nixon for President.

I have not missed an election, primary or general, since then.

I don't think I have ever missed voting in an election since I turned 18.
While in the Coast Guard I voted using an absentee ballot.

You had go and bring back the memories of being in a church trustee meeting in the '80s. :BangHead:
