Gwyneth, that's been one of my favorite hymns ever since I was a child, even long before I was a Christian.

My favorite is still "Christ the Lord is Risen Today".

While it isn't a hymn, one of my favorite Gospel songs to sing and to listen to is the Easter Brothers' "Hallelujah, Our Lord is Risen":

    "Hallelujah, our Lord is Risen
He has come forth from the grave
Death is defeated, the stone is rolled back
The tomb is empty where He laid"

Me too. But I like the original better than the remake.

You mean there's a church that might not sing it? I thought it was the classic "go-to" Easter hymn.

I like "when I survey the wondrous cross" both the old and new arrangements.

Without a doubt, 'Christ the Lord Is Risen Today.' I always get a little choked up when I sing it, though, so I probably don't sound too good.
