That the left cannot beat us at intellectual debate, so they need to marginalize us as potentially violent.

    I feel better now.

    It's Also Quite Clear That...

.... they are so proud of their ignorance that they continue to let it show on topics of political significance.

Is this the same right-wing that elected George W. Bush, that paragon of intelligence and verbal superiority.

I look forward to the day when we can take this polite conversation between left and right to the next level...

Violence has solved many of the problems in this world~~whether is it tyrant Caesars or King George's oppression or Hitler's rule, all were problems solved with large amounts of violence.

Looks like that is what it will take to deal with this one...these things start with talk and end with sharp knives and bullets...pick a side.

Yet another pathetically sad and ignorant comment.

    1) Are you advocating violence?

    2) By "things" are you including the health care "thing"?

FWIW, I disagree with Obama's health care overhaul myself but *if* you're encouraging violence (and you may not be) then this is kinda silly. And inappropriate.

I don't think we have anything to worry about when it comes to the rough and tough Mr. Jim. He is a warehouse supervisor. Now can you imagine a warehouse supervisor being a Rambo-like tough guy? Probably the heaviest thing he picks up in a day is his fork at lunch, or perhaps his pencil when assigning jobs.

Usually the one with the biggest mouth is the least likely to do anything but talk.

So what else is new? This has been going on since 1993, when Bill Clinton accused Rush Limbaugh and Pat Buchanan of encouraging Timothy McVeigh to bomb the Murrah Building and stated that the 1st Amendment should be curtailed to prevent conservatives from encouraging more terrorism.

Meanwhile, one of Mao-Bama's closest friend's and confidants is a guy who tried to blow up the Pentagon in the 60's.

Same here. In fact, Bush is one of the reasons I left the GOP.

Your excuse for using a crude acronym, that no Christian should be using, is that it's the "Vernacular of the day".

You then go on to compare yourself to a person from the 18th century.

Yeah...you really have a grip on things...

Yes I advocate violence if the situation calls for it. That's why l have a license to carry a firearm~~when violence is called for it will be used...and as far as the "biggest" mouth I think that one is owned by the CTB:laugh:

As far as when I was at the warehouse I supervised one guy and it was a working job~~we lifted far more than you can imagine, often 10-14 hours per day loading our delivery trucks (thankfully I got out of that last October and returned to something more sane like lifting forks). What we loaded was kitchen countertops of various make & size so they were heavier than your typical fork.

Too bad you don't live closer~~I'd take ya shootin' on my dime; got some hardware that needs a good workout, and you guys seem like the sort that needs to squeeze of some rounds. Bro. Curtis can come too, but I expect CTB would be a wet blanket:laugh:

I forsee a time in our future, or perhaps our children's future when we will have to decide whether we will live under a totalitarian state. It may be a left or a right wing boot but sooner or later the split in this nation will come to something more than shouted rhetoric. The divide continues to split deeper, and unless a large outside force can bring us together as a nation we shall be finally at war for our differences appear to be greater that our similarities.

One of the wisest things I ever heard a man say was, "A dog doesn't bark because he's bluffing, he barks because he's just not as eager to bite you as some of his quieter friends are."

I don't think provoking someone is the way to avoid a fight.

I wasn't provoking someone into a fight. I was having fun with Mr. Jim's outrageous comment. It is difficult to fight someone who lives thousands of miles away, especially when you don't know anything about them, like where they live.
