    Poor chickie!

    My mom had a pet chicken when she was little that suffered the same fate. She's still traumatized. And yes, they were Baptists. LOL

    chickens are meant to be eaten. I bet everyone on this thread eats chicken, unless someone is a vegetarian.

    We kept rabbits for food. Our girls had to kiss the rabbit before I snapped the neck, otherwise, they would not eat the meat. This didn't apply to any other food source.
