    I don't listen to a lot of it anymore. Have to be careful of some of the lyrics. But I have never heard of her either.

    The only one even remotely in the Country genre is KD Lang.. and she hasn't been a playa in Country music since late 80s... early 90s...

    It will end her career in Country.. but she may do good in pop.

    I'm not so sure of that. While many of us know that homosexuality is a sin and not accepted by God, most people don't care what God says. People seem willing to accept most anything today EXCEPT Christians calling anything a sin.

    I thought Shelby Lynne was the first?

    Anyway, Chely had a nice voice, an attractive lady, so this will make noise. But the thing about Country music is its lip service to "God" so it's not like this is a gauge of evangelical conscience.

    The speculation was that the People article was going to be about Shelby Lynne coming out. I used to like Chely, even had a small crush on her. My gaydar totally missed her! Maybe I need to go to the gaydar shop!
