How does your employer, if they do, provide you with a 401 K type benefit?

DO they match what you put in? Or a portion? or put money in whether or not you do?

We have a 401K with a 10% match - company puts in 10% of the amount saved by the employee.

My employer used to have an 8% contribution of one's annual salary, but right after I started working there, this benefit was eliminated. I also found out soon after I took the position that they had not received raises in 3 years.

The place I currently work matches up to three percent of one's salary.
