Outreach and discipling

I have just read a book entitled; The Trellis and the Vine co authored by Colin Marshall and Tony Payne. It is a different approach to soul winning and takes it a little further then "Dipped Dripped & Droped".It breaks it down in to four parts Outreach, Follow-up, Discipling Training. I realize that there are almost as many Programs out there as churches and unless the Great Commission becomes a lifestyle they all usually are just that, a Program which in time is exchanged for another Program.
It is published by Matthias Media out of Sydney, Aust.
Have any of you brothers/sisters read this or familiar with it? If so I would appreciate you comments or results if any one is using their material, which they have available @ Matthiasmedia.com.
My church is considering using this approach.
