After washing your dishes, how do you rinse them?

    Under the faucet?

But I usually let the dishwasher do it.

    Is this a trick question?

It is not for those of us that are the dishwasher. I wash in hot and rinse in warm water. :)

No one answer is always correct for me. If I have just a few dishes, I don't bother with hot water. If there's a lot, then I use hot water. Since I have to use electricity or propane (both of which I pay for) to heat the water, I only heat the water when I need to use it--rather than waste money heating the water 24/7 when I don't use it more than once a day. When I heat it for a shower, I do the dishes at that time (not while I'm showering ). Then I turn the water heater off until the next time I need it. Since it's only a 6-gallon tank, it doesn't take long for it to heat.

Salty, what is the deal with the last choice. Of course singles do dishes, whether by hook or by crook or by sink or by dishwasher.

Ah well, my dishwasher rinses the dishes for me and I use the sanitizing rinse. (cause I have a housefull of animals who aren't beyond the occasional theft of food right off a plate left in the wrong place, ya know?)

If *I* am stuck being the dishwasher I rinse under the faucet using warm to hot water, depending on how many times I've had to turn the faucet on. (I do not waste water by letting it run while I wash!)

I'm not usually stuck being the dishwasher as I'd rather wait and run a second load of dishes later on than wash the ones that wouldn't fit by hand. :D

I voted other, my wife does the dishes and uses a dishwasher.

When I was single I wasn't much of a houskeeper, my now wife would come over before we went on a date, or come by to watch a movie, and I would stick all the dirty dishes and such under the sink and in the stove, anywhere I could to hide it. Did the same with dirty towels and clothes, just stick them behind the shower curtain.

Nor do I. I just take them out of the washing-up bowl, and place them in the rack to drain.

I quit washing the dishes because they would become soggy and start to disintegrate long before they could be rinsed.

Actually when I was single I ate over the sink. That way there weren't any dishes to wash.
