    The community in which I live (locked gate) is having a potluck Thanksgiving dinner in the clubhouse that I will be joining. My family is 1,200 miles away, and I can't afford to travel. Plus, I have no desire to go to Michigan this time of year.

    So far just staying home and relaxing! Couldn't ask for more!
    I'll more than likely do anything that requires more than a little effort the day before, then we can RELAX and enjoy the food and hopefully some fun shows on television. Yay!

    I hope you Americans won't take this the wrong way, but I don't do anything special for Thanksgiving (in the sense of your special day). However, I try to do what Ephesians 5.20 says, and give thanks to God for all things.

    I'll be working in the library on Thursday. It is not a holiday here. However, on Sat. we will go by train to a village 30 minutes outside of Prague to celebrate with two missionary couples and their kids. Should be fun.

    We went to my sister's place - she only lives 25 miles away - but it was out of town!!!:thumbs:
