    Is anyone here familiar with SBBI. The school did close several years ago. It was located in the Massenna, NY area. And from what I understand, it was co-located in Canada as well.

    Just curious about the history.

    Founded 1959 by Bro. Robert Bennett (Keeseville).
    Organized as "Adirondack Baptist Bible Institute" in 1960 by north country fundamental Baptists, advised by Joseph Stowell and Kenneth Good.
    1961 moved to FBC Canton.
    1963 at Brier Hill "The Baptist Bible Institute"
    1965 temporarily at CBC Massena "Seaway Baptist Bible Institute"
    from 1966 at Cornwall/Williamstown, Ont.

    CBC would be Calvary Baptist Church, pastor was Robert Taylor (now in Glory)

    Jerome, thanks for the info. Did you attend there? Do you know when and why it closed?
