    Rep. Defazio from OR tells us that Obama told him that his presidency would fail if the tax bill does not go through. Of course the administration says that Obama never told him that.

    Obama has used that line before. I don't doubt he did again.

    He's desperate. It's time he start being concerned with his "legacy". He's an up and coming one termer with a worse record than Jimmy Carter.
