I have moved - please pray for us

    I’m beginning to emerge from the pit known as “relocating”, as my family and I have moved from New Jersey to Sunny Georgia. It has been a hard time for us, having lived in the same house for twelve years, and overall in New Jersey for nineteen years. But we are more than glad to pay the price to get back down south after so long a departure from our homeland.

    Hopefully we’ll begin concentrating on ministry again soon, if we can ever get all the government paperwork associated with getting our driver’s license and such things out of the way!

    Please pray for us as we seek a church affiliation and a ministry that pleases the Lord. Thank you.

    JD----son----ain't you forgettin' somethin'????????!!! You's livin' in JAW-JA now------what you worried about a "penny annie" thang like a driver license for???????:laugh::laugh:--------I tell ya what me and you will do----we'll get on I-20 coming in from Birmingham/Villa Rica and block traffic and you go car to car and truck to truck and see whos got the driver license you're looking for!!!

    I hate moving. With a passion. It's SOOO hard with a family, isn't it?

    I do hope and pray that you will get settled in quickly and have your lives begin to move on in ministry to the Lord and to each other. :) Are you happy where you are?

    You're thinking of Alabama aren't you? I know people there that have never read a word in their life but they have a driver's license.

    Actually I'm finding out that since the passage of the Patriot Act I have to prove who I am to do anything. And let's not even talk about what it took for me to get a mortgage on my house even in spite of having a superior credit rating.

    I am praying for you, that God will help you in your move, especially as you look for a new church.

    And I hope that no one on the BB would argue that God's predestination makes prayer redundant.

    That's the truth. By the time we closed on our house my loan officer knew more about me then I knew about me.
