fyi: Dare I say the words birth certificate?

    Oh why not.

    "Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie suggested in an interview published today that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health."

    It even made the national news ticker but not this info, but a brief statement that Hawaii would not release the records. In another report the Governor said he didn't have time to deal with it, maybe some other time.

    Another report said that the Governor said there was a birth certificate but that they didn't know where it was.

    Love our media that gets us right down to the story - well two or three versions of it anyway.

    The three versions are not contradictory. All three could be true. This concept might be confusing to some people.

    You know something that may clear this up is to find out how many other birth certificates from that era are missing. I just think it's a waste of time. He's two years into his term now, I just think it's way too late to even be worried about this now.

    The secretary of state of the state of Hawaii has certified his birth certificate. Hawaii has non-disclosure laws so that they do not have to produce a birth certificate on demand.

    I'm no fan of Obama, in fact I can't wait for his defeat in 2012, but really people, let it go.

    I think one possibility as to why BO will not release his BC is so folks will keep their attention on that and away from the real important issues!

    Me - I can multi- task


    Stop and think - if someday - the BC is released -
    (In DC - its 100 years from the date of birth) and it is proven he was not born in the US- how would history then treat him? (this question is not for Crabby as it is hypothetical - or is it?)

    I was applying for a Passport out of the country and had to produce a BC---I didn't have what the Passport folks wanted so I had to "trip" down to New Orleans to get one----I finally found what I needed in one of those tall buildings they call "Sky Scrapers"

    Long story short------I'm a Cajun from south Louisiana and I know where my BC is----and if I can produce one-----I believe everybody must produce one!!!

    BTW----the trip down to New Orleans for the day was a good one!!! Walked the river front---went to the riverfront mall---ate Cajun food----listened to Cajun music on the riverfront-----good times!!!:thumbs:
