The NIV 2011 for Kindle!

    They are charging 9.99???? Wow. The Holman and the ESV are free and the NASB is 1.99 for the older edition (newer is. 9.99). If I thought the NIV was a great translation, I may pay the money, but I would think the other translations are better and less expensive.

    I would probably use the 9.99 for another book, rather than another Bible. But we Kindle users are usually a bigger snob on price than most other people. :)

    I had a bit of trouble syncing and downloading the 2011 version. It appeared as the old NIV. I use Kindle for PC (LINK) also, so I synced it on the PC. Afterward I synced my Kindle again and had the 2011 edition.

    Just a heads up!
