Are you asking is it possible for none to be saved? Of course I believe God chose to save many many people before the foundation of the world and those people will be saved.

Asking IF you believe in Arminianism...

Isn't it true since man himself has final say in this matter, Jesus might die to atone for all, yet no one would decide to receive Him and get saved?

No it isn't possible. We already have examples in the Bible of people being saved. I also am saved. Therefore, it is not possible for none to be saved.

1 Peter 1:2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

God is omniscient and so knows everything beforehand.

If God knew that no one would be saved, He would do what He did in Sodom and Gomorrah and destroy us all.

God also knows there are many more to be saved in the future.

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

God is being patient because He knows there are more that will come to Him.

You have been told repeatedly man does not have the final say in the matter, please quit restating this fallacy. What does 1 Timothy 4:10 say?

that God is the Saviour of all men, espectially to those who believe...

God saves those who allow themselves to be!

Again, who is the final say in this?

Why is this so hard, He does! If He has decreed believers will be saved, you do not have the final say by believing!

Now back to the verse, what does it mean?

    Interesting choice of words...

    What did God "decree" here?

What is the basis for that "decree?"

Why don't you stick to your own OP instead of trying to push the Calvinist agenda?

Not sure what you are asking or what choice of words are interesting. God has said believe and you will be saved, don't and you will perish. "I put before you life and death. Choose life that you may live". That is His decree...He has the final and only say.

But as you understand it here...

IF you permit God to save you by accepting the Lord jesus...

that allows God to save you, Correct?

I'm not allowing Him to do anything! He is allowing me salvation if I do what He has decreed is required to be saved.

    Jesus fan...

    From the scriptures....

This passage makes clear that the majority of people will take the broad way...and choose to reject Christ and be lost.

While the minority will take the strait gate and choose Christ, and be saved.

It is therefore impossible for "none to be saved"

God though requires that you place faith in His Son jesus as your saviour, and thus receive eternal life...

What if you cannot meet this requirement IF solely and only relying upon yourself, them how does one get saved?

this is begging the question. You have been told already God has not left us up to ourselves, and if He requires something from you, you can bet everything you own He will provide you the means to meet His requirement! What does Acts 17:26-27 say?
