    Why do people want to portray Jesus as having long hair? Maybe I'm wrong but I think the normal Jewish man wore his hair relatively short. Only ones that took the Nazarite vow would have had long hair.

    Just a pet peeve of mine.

    The truth is we don't know anything for sure except that it is unlikely that Jesus had a standard IFB haircut with 1 inch whitewalls around the ears.

    So if Jesus had short hair back then, His wearing hair short would have been "worldly." :laugh:
