I don't think people are confusing Christian churches with this organization.

 

Sounds like Corinth to me.

 

1 Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.

2 Corinthians 10:3-5
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds; )

5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

Brother Paul, the reason why I posted these verses is to encourage you in your walk with God, and in your battles against satan. Satan will always fight against the Bride of the Lamb, so I rejoice in knowing that whenever he attacks me, then I am on the RIGHT SIDE!! The day the Church quits having "spats" with satan, and we CHRISTians are still here(do not confuse this with pre-mill, because I mean that as long as the church is here, satan with battle against Her), is the day I will start worrying. Satan can do no more than what God will allow him to do. Rejoice in tribulations, knowing that your redemption draweth nigh!!


Romans 5

3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;

4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope:

5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
