I am not a Cain fan, but he was responding to an apparent racist remark by defending his position as a conservative. "Leaving the plantation" may be a bad intellectual argument, but it did what it wanted to do, grab more media attention.

The lesson found in the scriptures when the Sanhedrin was attempting to quash the sect of Judaism that came to be known, world wide, as a separate faith and relationship, Christianity, is to leave certain dead dogs alone and they will rot on their own but, if they are true, they will, on their own, rise to the top, much like the cream does in fresh milk.

This businessman was raised Black, has lived as a Black Man and his world view is drawn, directly, from his life experience, just like all us honkies! Heś not weaving anything, anywhere, he a successful businessman and he is a Christian and it is beyond me why a Christian would post this and not come out, up front, and declare that he or she objected to the Left Wing, Socialist Communist Democratic Party loving, media is blinded by their own, perceived, brilliance and is making false statements!

It's Belafonte who is playing the race card Paul and you know it. But, what else can we expect when one embraces the ideology of bed wetting liberals?

It's playing the "race card" by replying to idiocy?

I'm surprised Cain has found room for himself on the republican plantation, but he did.

In this instance I doubt he meant it like it sounded, but it was a poor choice of words. I've listened to Cain several times; my main objection to his campaign isn't anything he has said, I'm concerned what impact his 9-9-9 plan will have on the poor.

I am in the process of reading Herman Cain's new book now and I am impressed. Without a doubt this is the man we need to lead our country out of the pit it is in.

In my not-so-humble opinion the "poor" have gotten a free ride for far too long in this country. Many of them are "RICH" compared to the truly poor I have seen with my own eyes in Mexico, Ukraine, and several other countries.

Go ahead and call me calloused or cold-hearted but it is the truth.
