    She, like all liberals, have no respect for our laws or our nation. This is not new.

    if you would bother to watch the video you might understand the context in which she is speaking about constitution writing. she speaks very highly of the U.S. constitution but suggests using writings drafted after WWII in the context of our time. thank god our constitution is not reactionary like people on this board.

    Our Constitution is the direct result of "reactionary" people. People who reacted from wanting freedom from dictatorships. A great Constitution does not come from the "context of our times". It comes from recognition of equal rights given to all by God.

    Ginsberg is a perfect example of why these seats should not be given for life. They need to be termed.

    her point in pointing to constitutions written after WWII is that countries such as south africa built in mechanisms of government ensuring and protecting human rights. she also states in the interview that the assurance of equal rights given by God is what is great about our constitution and should be written in new constitutions to ensure freedom and liberty.

    though the framers were writing in reaction to the monarchy of england they were also writing "in the context of their time". i'm sure they were not looking to the roman empire as their model.
