I just thought I'd ask what each of you would do if this package of liberal entitlements is brought back down to earth?

I know what I'll do...I'll call my insurance carrier and ask them when I can expect the copays (they've been increasing and blaming on Obamacare) to decrease???

I know what everyone one of us will do, what the law says when it comes out of the Supreme Court.

SCOTUS will not strike down Obamacare. Their ruling will be much more narrow.

They may well stike down the individual mandate. The result should be that Obamacare would crumble without it, but Obama and democrats will not give it up. No matter what it costs.

I thought Republicans were against activist jurists legislating from the bench? Hahaha.
Obviously, that is not correct. They WANT activist judges if it is activism in favor of their agenda.

    Can you say...Hypocritical?

ANYONE wants activist judges if it is activism in favor of their agenda. Nevertheless, if they scrap the law, they are anti-legislating.

Yes; not hard to pronounce. What about it?

Yes, and I can spell it, too. M-a-g-n-e-t-i-c P-o-l-e-s.

Legislating from the bench means writing law, as in Roe v Wade where the Court wrote rules about when an abortion would be legal.

But striking down statutes on Constitutional grounds is a true and lawful operation of the judicial branch.

You know it, but in step with the party line you employ the double speak of those who mask their ambition behind a false concern for the rights of the people.

You can be certain it has nothing to do with the security of a free state.
