    Personally---since I am a Louisiana Tech alum----I side with the Lady Techsters

    Have seen Summit in person during games yrs ago----her team never could contain the likes of Debra Rodman---Dennis Rodman's sister who played for Tech:type::type:

    I don't view that as being any different than no one being able to contain Brittnay Griner.

    With that said, there still hasn't been as good a team (aside from what UConn has done) than some of those late 90's Lady Vols teams.

    On ESPN today they were saying that when she began she was paid $250 a week and had to wash the uniforms.

    She made women's b-ball what it is. Others have contributed and extended it, but she was the prime mover for so many years.

    Her success both on the court and off is iconic. Never lower than a 5 seed? Never missing a tournament? Never having a player not graduate? Seriously? That's insane!
