Seniors Love them Some Junk Mail

    The Republicans have declared war on women and senior adults as evidence by trying to close down the post offices. Unless we pass this measure we wouldn't be able to get our junk mail, which we love at least according to Harry Reid

    Nevada must be proud! :laugh:

    Hey, if it wasn't for junk mail I wouldn't get any mail at all!!!!!!! If no mail I have to take down my mail box, if I have to do that I have to plant something in the blank space, if I do that I have to stoop over and take care of it, if that I may well get dizzy - fall over and hit my head, if that the stress may cause a heart attack and then where would I be - dead in a hole where I can't get my junk mail when all of the postal employees strike and get their jobs back as part of the next stimulus package.

    NNNNNNOOOOOO don't take my junk mail away!!! :)

    I wonder just how many trees have died just to keep junk mail alive and well? :laugh:

    You're just trying to make me feel bad!!

    I started sending back all the credit card offer envelopes empty - only about a year and they stopped totally, don't know if there is a direct relationship or not :)

    Is Harry Reid concerned about seniors' feelings or the donations made by those who spew out the junk mail?

    Without the USPS most small towns would not have any mail service.

    You did know that UPS et alia use USPS to deliver packages when USPS rates are less than UPS cost to deliver? UPS isn't going to send a truck 20 miles to hand deliver a couple of packages or some first class mail.
