The bully-er should cease and apologise.

If he fails to do so, the bully-ee should just leave the thread.

The bullier should be banned. That is NOT Christian behavior.

Well, i have learned one thing already.

A few months ago Luke 2427 got me so mad i could spit. And in return I bullied him and harassed him relentlessly.

Now, it is happening to me.

I think next time I have a heated debate with someone like Luke i will try to remember how it feels to be bullied. Any just maybe i can be more civil and even nice.:saint:

I do think that a bully needs a reprimand at least and a banning at the most. It is wrong for a bully to be allowed to continue.

    From bullybeware.com

From what I can see, it is not freeatlast, nor myself who was doing the name calling... or bullying.

This is typical passive aggressive behavior. Provoke people to anger and then say "but it wasn't meeeee, it was you!".

    Got a guilty conscience?

You didn't have to mention names. We know you were not speaking of those who agree with you.

Some who bully don't realize that's what they're doing. I think most bullies know, but some don't. Maybe a couple of warnings, a suspension, then banned. Here is the url for a web site which lists, defines, and gives examples of using Fallacious Arguments.Recognize anyone; maybe yourself? Long list, but worth keeping nearby.

I would venture to say that belittling someone for having an illness, and calling them an unconfessed sinner, and advising them to stop lifesaving medication is the ultimate form of bullying.

Your bullying can actually cause harm to someone, even death.

You are not going to bully me into stopping my meds, but what about the non-members watching these threads that really wish they didnt have to take meds daily? What if your self-righteous advise causes some unknown onlooker to stop their treatment, and they wind up either dead or hurting someone?

You are either a victim of self-denial or are being disingenuous.

There is no one in mind....

....this was a general question, and I hoped it would gather some good response.

What I find interesting is the harsh punishments mentioned.

As your famous governor used to say, there you go again. You start a thread on bullying, then take poor OJ through the ringer. LOL
