That Calvinistic thinkers are generally better educated and aware of contextual biblical truth while everyone else is asleep in the normal repose of the Arminian dream state is pretty accurate picture you posted. :sleeping_2:

Re this statement: The urgency of lostness in a spiritually blind world demands cooperation among Bible-believing Christians. Christians should become more concerned about lost souls than about the unachievable goal of doctrinal uniformity. In the last hour, over 7,000 people died and went to hell. Are you willing to cooperate with people of diverse doctrines to fulfill the Great Commission?

I agree regarding cooperation . However, I don't quite understand what the urgency is from a calvinistic perspective but I'm glad that you see it as such!

Perhaps I should have bolded the following sentance in the OP. (I actually just did):

The author of this post isn't a calvinist, and isn't saying what you are implying he's saying. He's simply saying Calvinists are educated IN ADDITION TO THE NON-CALS.

Calvinism is NOT the Gospewl, but it IS a theological system/model to help explain what the Bible teaches us as regarding salvation!

So it is another system just as Arminianism/other systems are, just happens to do the best job of explaining it, IMHO!

And Arms should be stating that their system is superior to cals, NOT that we are heretics for holding to it!
