    He must be trying to catch up to Romney's fundraising since he is having so much trouble.

    Obama takes foreign money - period.

    He did it the last time he ran and was forced to return campaign donations to citizens of over thirty countries - but not until after he won.

    He is accepting money by credit card with the verification turned off - just like last time.

    No one can know who is giving the money - and it is intentional.
