So Obama is a wicked man. As far as I am concerned anyone who supports the slaughter of the unborn is wicked!

We often hear conservatives say they will hoold their noses and vote for Romney, you know the lesser of two evils. My question for those Christian liberals and Dems, do you consider it holding your nose to vote for Obama? Do you consider Obama a lesser evil than Romney, if so please explain how voting for a candidate who supports murder in the womb an okay thing to do.

Personally I cannot understand how any Christian could vote for such a blatant proponent of abortion. I still cannot believe he is our Prez? As I've always said, we don't live in the same country I grew up in. It is a sad time we live in.

Supporting aborting is evil but voting to cut funds to help single mothers raise their kids is good Christian/capitalistic economic policy. After all, Jesus prophesied that the world would never run out of poor people. Helping poor people must be unChristian.

There has been an attempt on this board to explain that. It was a poor attempt but it has been tried.

Abortion vs worship a false god. If Christians can force themselves to vote for a man who worships a false god, I guess they can force themselves to vote for a man who is pro-abortion.

Neither would have happened with Christians 30 years ago.

Ok - let's look at the difference here.

Romney's worship of a false god effects his eternal fate. He alone will answer to God. Voting for Romney doesn't mean that I worship a false god or am complicite in anyone else worshiping a false god. I doubt that anyone is going to convert to Romney's false beliefs simply because Romney became President - even if my single vote were the deciding factor.

Obama too will have to answer to God for the murder of the unborn - especially the unborn that were murdered as a result of his additional funding and as a result of his support for abortion - vocal and otherwise.

And by supporting Obama some others will also have to answer to God for those murdered unborn that otherwise might have lived were it not for the actions of Obama in office possible only because he was elected.

Not voting for the only candidate this election that will keep Obama out of office is something that some may have to answer to God for too.

What is the difference between taking an action that results in the murder of the unborn and not taking the only action that may have prevented it?

    Answer - none.

Abortion is black genocide. Most abortions are performed on blacks.

So does that make Obama racist?

The rationale used by others is that the President cannot overturn Roe v. Wade, it would take the Supreme Court to do that. Well, yeah...and the President appoints justices to the Supreme Court. Therefore, if you ever want to see Roe v. Wade overturned you need to vote for a President that would appoint pro-life justices.

So the rationale is empty. I can see where this rationalization might work at the state level, but not at that national level.

Most abortions are performed on blacks? Don't think so. However, I can believe that blacks have the highest percentage of abortions by race.

Huh? Blacks have the highest percentage of abortions by race and thus, most abortions are performed on blacks. Check the stats.

You just failed math with that one. :wavey:

Think about it. If blacks are, for the sake of discussion, 10% of the population and they get a higher percentage than any other race, the raw numbers are probably higher for a majority race.

Think about this. If there are 100 people in a group. Ten percent black, five percent hispanic, five percent other, 80 percent white. Even if 50 percent of blacks have an abortion that means that 5 of them did. If only 10 percent of whites got an abortion, that means 8 of them did.

Read Mandy's link to that site. Majority are on white women

Obama is racist but an equal opportunity racist; he doesn't like blacks and he doesn't like whites.
