Not much action here in the health & wellness forum. I've gotten amazing results doing P90X. Anyone else?

It's an awesome program. I actually began it back in 2009, but life flipped upside down and I shifted focus and didn't finish. I'm presently on day 60 and have dropped almost 10 pounds from 181. I'm finally seeing some upper abs, but the best part is the energy level is up and eating much better. At 47 I can outlast most younger guys I work with. It really transforms you.

Be careful purchasing on ebay. There have been bootlegs going around with poor quality and not working right.

I have been using P90X since March, and I have shed 20 lbs, and am down to 198. I have noticed a big change in my body, arms and legs, that is. Back in 2008, I weighed in at 305, and my belly is still there, but the rest of me looks almost too small. I am afraid that my belly may be loose skin that will only come off through surgery. I can do quite a bit of the Ab Ripper X, but the V-up/Roll up, and "heels to the heaven/pulse up", I can't do due to my lower back being tweaky. My belly feels firm under the skin, but I am afraid my belly won't go away, due to it being loose skin.

Anybody know how to tighten loose skin, except by using a winch?

Unfortunately loose skin can only be removed via surgery.

That's awesome! Hope you reach your goals! You can always modify the moves that are difficult or tweaky until you build strength in that area. I think after my 90 days, I'm going to jump on the TapOut XT. Looks pretty intense. By the way, if you need any help at all, I'm a Team Beachbody coach.

Oh yeah? How 'bout a winch...btw, I am not for sure that it's loose skin, so I will try for a while to firm up the belly, but surgery is NOT an option.

You probably have room for significant improvement by continuing to build lean muscle mass. BTW, congrats on the weight loss! Adding some bulk to your chest may help a little. (Bench press) Being able to bench your own body weight is a good starter goal and building those large muscles bigger helps to burn even more fat. Upper torso extra skin often hangs on the body or can be stretched out like batman wings so broadening the shoulders and chest can lift some of that. Work for a V-shape. It is a good idea not to neglect your upper back as many do when doing a lot of bench press as to avoid forward rounding of the shoulders which would also contribute to anterior sagging. Do exercises that bring your shoulder blades together in the middle of your back which helps posture.

Stand in the mirror, take a big breath, lift chest, shoulders back and head back and note the difference in stomach; that should give you an example of the direction you are headed from making those improvements. Speaking of posture, if you have upper thoracic kyphosis then correcting your posture could help quite a bit with the sagging skin as well as with overall health. Note the stomach in the picture:

It's an "at home" 90 day fitness program. Extremely effective.

The only fitness program I'm on is lifting a spoon or fork to my mouth and occasionally taking an hour walk when I feel up to it.
