Another element of the Obama administration overreach.

Thousands of agents will be hired to put "we the the sheeple" criminals in jail.

True for the office agents, but if individuals have certain kinds of issues they don't deal with IRS office worker agents but armed US Treasury agents.

Years ago I was on the Board of Directors of a company who had an employee abscond company tax payments and took off to Georgia.

Since it was a criminal offense the Treasury Department got involved trying to determine who, what, when, where and if anyone else was involved.
    They grilled everyone.

If the healthcare violations are civil violations then they won't arrest anyone, however if the healthcare issues are pronounced to be criminal acts (high crimes, misdemeanors or felonies) then arrests are in order.

Guess we'll have to wait and see.

I disagree! They have all the power they want to take. Many of the "little" people have been ruined by the IRS! I don't mean poor though some may be. I just mean the average citizen or small business man!

The IRS can do whatever it wants. Legal or otherwise. That was once called tyranny and we rebelled against it.

Now because we're afraid of it we do as we're told.

    Land of the brave?

The history of this country for the past century, at least since the 16th amendment, mirrors the tale of the frog, or lobster, in a pot of cold water sitting on a hot stove.

We have been seduced by creeping Socialism and creeping authoritarianism but in the last 4 years it is more like "rape".

I agree OR. The last four have been pretty heavy on the tyranny. Do you think now that the executive branch has learned it can rule by decree that a republican administration is going to be any better?

A politician is just a man. Until we hand him the rope to hang us with.

Is a republican's noose really that much more comfortable than a democrat's noose?
