Is inherited or married wealth more respectable than earned wealth? The leftist/democrats apparently think so. Their candidate in 2004, John Kerry, was wealthy. He inherited some and married more but democrats never mentioned his wealth. Of course they have believed in a ruling class for years, much like the noble/serf system in Czarist Russia!

BOSTON — Rosemary Forbes Kerry left many things to her son John: a flinty New England resolve, a worldly view of politics, and a middle name that conjures up images of a childhood drenched in wealth.
The Democratic presidential candidate grew up in a world of elite private schools and vacations on a French estate, something most Americans could only dream about. His parents, a U.S. diplomat and a homemaker, turned to a wealthy, childless great-aunt, Clara Winthrop, to help pay the bills.
Before he married Teresa Heinz, the heir to the food empire, Kerry had little more than his annual Senate salary of $133,600 and a trust fund valued at $50,000 to $100,000. When his mother died in 2002, he inherited trusts with $300,000 to $1.5 million in assets — a pittance compared to his wife’s estimated $500 million.

Contrast the treatment of the press and democrats of Kerry with their treatment of Romney who started a company and earned his wealth!

The Democrats did not mention Kerry's wealth in 2004. The Republicans are not mentioning Romney's wealth in 2012.

    What's your point?

That Democrats favor a czarist/serf system? Statement was made with no supporting evidence.

Really, let's drop the class envy stuff.

    Emphasis mine.

Now you have got to be kidding - who is the "ENEMY" of wealth if not the Ds.
Well not really an "enemy of wealth", just the enemy of ANYBODY BUT THEMSELVES having wealth.

As I recall the Republicans did not mention Kerry's wealth in 2004.

I would note that Republicans have mentioned Romney's wealth and how he obtained it: The primary campaign!

Also I would note that I have mentioned Romney's wealth!

The pathetic OP is only posted to be provocative and it's basically a troll post.

"Democrats think that inherited wealth is more respectable than earned wealth because they didn't mention the source of John Kerry's wealth in 2004. Democrats believe in a ruling class."

Oh and BTW, Mitt Romney got a good start towards being a millionaire by being the son of George Romney, a millionaire that once owned American Motors Corp.

Obviously the OP has provoked you. Also you need to get your facts straight. American Motors was owned by stockholders!
