New Democratic Strategy

Secretary Clinton and President Obama have initiated a new two phase strategy in regard to the Libya fiasco in order to make them look like hero's rather than guilty.

A. First Phase - Play the part of a fall guy while shifting the blame for the speicfics.

Secretary Clinton comes out with a very carefuly worded admission that basically conveys this message:

"I am in charge of this massive world wide DEPARTMENT and I take full responsibility BUT it was professional operatives within my department that actually made the bad decisions NOT ME.

President Obama then follows this lead and comes out this morning saying I take full responsiblity for these things THAT TOOK PLACE IN THE STATE DEPARTMENT.

Hence, both Clinton and Obama look BIG by taking the blame while really blaming operatives in the State department for the actual crime.

B. Second Phase - Deflect charge of lying

Response to accusation why did you guys lie - "Chill out, the facts are not all in so lets not jump to conclusion to all the facts are in"

INTERPRETATION: lets get through the election first.

Proper question to them should be - "You are telling everyone to chill out and don't jump to conclusions before all the evidence comes in, so, can you tell us why you immediately jumped to conclusions that were false before the evidence came in? Why did you lie when you had the facts as the state department watched in real time for six hours at the defense center whose job is to IMMEDIATELY notify secretary of state and the white house in the daily briefing?"
