How do those hold to chasmatic manifestations judge them, or do they even , just accepting them as from God?

I believe you are directing your questions to Charismatics/Pentecostals such as Plain-n-simple, Evangelist-7, and others.

It is quite obvious they do not use the tests provided by the Scriptures, because if they did, they would not be Charismatics/Pentecostals.

    You are correct!

Since the current Chasamatic Movement seems to place experiences and more importantly the writings/teaching of modern day "apostles/prophets" as revelation from god, what objective testing is done?

Since their are no longer apostles and prophets they by default fall into this category.

The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
