Satan

The word Satan is all in the bible,but what does the word really mean?

In our time its suppose to mean a fallen archangel that fell from heaven,but where do you find any proof of this event in scripture.

i know theres lots of scriptures you can give from the bible,but if you correctly translate them-youll find that it does not mean of a fallen angel from heaven.

So if anyone can give scripture of the event happening--pls do so and lets discuss what the text really means

 

I do believe the church today basically worships Satan and gives credit and power to an fallen archangel that never really existed in first place.

all the scriptures relate to Satan being many different things(Adversary) is the main meaning of the word itself--scriptures relate to Satan as being Man mostly(kings and rulers in old testament) Lucifer was the king of babylon(Nebby)--other place Satan was used as for a Document--other place God his self was called Satan when he stood as a adversary to the people in the day David numbered the people and sinned-Peter was called Satan because he stood as a adversary against Christ--in new testament the Satan,god of this world,prince of the power of the air,Devil,was mostly related to the High Priest of the day-he was the supreme power.

So i know this might be hard for some because of the false doctrine that belittles The Only True God(for there is no god beside him)but there is no fallen archangel cast down from heaven--no where in scriptures can you find it--although pls try if you can and post it if you do find it

 

The problem is that man has to have someone to blame for his sins--just like in the garden of eden--and some fallen angel thats named Satan is an easy outlet for the worlds problems and mankinds sins.

Jeremiah chapter 17 verse 9-The Heart is deceitful above all things,and desperately wicked:who can know it

James chapter 1 verse 14-But every man is tempted,when he is drawn away of HIS OWN LUST and enticed.

James chapter 4 verse 1-From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence,even of YOUR LUSTS that war in your members?

So you see where the trouble comes from? from Man and the evil Lusts from his wicked and deceitful heart.

Man can only blame HIM as the source for all the toil and trouble in the world.

So man still holds on to the fallen archangel theory to have someone to blame besides himself.
