Sage advice from a Liberal to the GOP. Fox hurt Romney badly, IMHO.

Lets take a look at some exit polls

Several show a vote difference of 45 vs 55, some 40- vs 60
But there were only 2 or 3 where one candidate received 90% of that group.

    Very interesting

Nice attempt to derail Salty, but your comment is totally off the OP topic. It only shows they totally failed to reach minorities.

Anyway, just shows what a waste of money those old white men indulged in. Think of how much good they could have done with all that money building hospitals, helping educational institutions. The money is gone, wasted on TV ads and other campaign items.

The GOP best change and try to attract other voters and Fox is certainly not going to help them in that regard ... unless Fox changes its political philosophy. But Fox won't as they are making their money primarily from white folk. As said in the OP, Fox does not need to change, they are making money. The GOP needs to change or keep coming out on the short end of the elections.

and your comment on the group of which 90% voted for Romney?

Its interesting you automatically mention minorities - especially when Old White men themselves are a minority

Old white men are a minority, a shrinking minority and the GOP to reach out to others. As you seem incapable of staying on the topic of the GOP and Fox news I won't derail this one more, but will start a new thread on your topic.

Do you think the GOP should divorce Fox News?

Liberals are reading more into Obama's win than is reasonable. Wishful thinking or just trying to create a narrative. Either way CTB is just fulfilling his orders to propagate the DNC talking points. their new strategy is to stay in campaign mode. CTB is doing a good job of that in spite of facts.

Says your DNC talking points. I will stick with reality rather than a false socialist agenda.

How much money was spent on the Obama campaign? And if you think Obama is any more than a house boy for rich white globalists, think again.

I think MSNBC should divorce the democrat party. They, the democrat party that is, are further left than that communist mouthpiece, MSNBC!

You are the one that brought up campaign spending, so his post is just as on topic as yours is.

When he does not have an argument he redirects with the old "your off topic" routine.

You say that after the Dems spent a $100 million more than the Republicans. Think of how much good that $100 mil could have done. http://elections.nytimes.com/2012/campaign-finance

And some of us haven't forgotten 2008 and what Obama did to fill his coffers.
Back to the OP. Time for GOP to divorce Fox News

This is just another attack on anyone who doesn't toe the literal (socialist) line in the media. Whether TV or radio, if the anchors don't have tickles running down their legs they have targets on their backs. They are racist, for example, as has been demonstrated in this thread. They are hate mongers. They are fear mongers. They are the equivalent of dumb Bible thumping, gun toting, backwoods, hillbilly, red-necked country bumpkins.

    Boycott them!
    Shut them down!
    Bring back the Fairness Doctrine!

Freedom of speech only applies when I agree with the words spoken!
Shut em up any way you can!
