The Webster 1828 online dictionary which can be obtained by downloading the free e sword bible program and will work in conjunction with the kjv in that program. Just click on a word in the bible text and the Websters dictionary will go to that word. Other dictionaries are available in that program as well, such as the King James Concordance. Here's a link to get the free bible program:

BTW, be advised that you get a lot of free programs, but others are available that cost money. You don't have to download any that are not free, however, so it's all good.

If you have a smart phone, a good app is Touch Bible KJV Plus. I really like it. Much easier than a dictionary. The app costs .99 cents.

IMO, it's always good to have multiple resources. As with anything else there can be disagreement with definitions of words.

Plus, the context in which certain words are used can shed more light on the meaning than any other reference. Looking up a word in a dictionary without understanding the correct context can easily lead to misunderstanding. (Don't ask me how I know that. )

Steven White is making an English dictionary for the KJV, but so far I think that only two volumes of it have been printed.

Volume One [A-E] White's Dictionary of the King James Language.
Volume Two [F-H] White's Dictionary of the King James Language.

There is also a King James Old English Word Definition Guide by Michael L. Williams.

There is a Concise King James Bible Dictionary edited by KJV-only author David Cloud.

There is The King James Bible Companion [over 500 archaic words defined] by KJV-only author David W. Daniels.

By Definition: A Reader's Guide to the King James Bible [Sixth edition]
by KJV-only author James W. Knox.

Someone already posted a link to The King James Bible Word Bible by Ronald Bridges and Luther A. Weigle.

    Excellent!!

Logos....that was an excellent list!! My favorites on that list would be the ones by Bro. Knox, Bro. Cloud and the one by David Daniels. The one by Bro. Daniels is particularly useful as it is a pamphlet sized publication that is skinny and small enough to slip into the back of your Bible for quick reference. It is available at many Christian bookstores and is published by Chick Publications. It is by no means exhaustive but I have found it to be quite useful during church services when one of those pesky little "not-so-often-used" words pops up. I have made it a practice to buy them in quantities of a dozen or more at a time (thanks for reminding me that I need to go pick up some more!) and give them away to people at church and other places in hopes that they won't do what many seem to be quick to do these days and replace their King James. This particular resource can usually be found for anywhere from .50 cents to $1.00. Actually...it defines over 600 words. Excellent little booklet!
