    Benghazi penalties are bogus

    EXCLUSIVE

The four officials supposedly out of jobs because of their blunders in the run-up to the deadly Benghazi terror attack remain on the State Department payroll — and will all be back to work soon, The Post has learned.

The highest-ranking official caught up in the scandal, Assistant Secretary of State Eric Boswell, has not “resigned” from government service, as officials said last week. He is just switching desks. And the other three are simply on administrative leave and are expected back.

The four were made out to be sacrificial lambs in the wake of a scathing report issued last week that found that the US compound in Benghazi, Libya, was left vulnerable to attack because of “grossly inadequate” security.

State Department leaders “didn’t come clean about Benghazi and now they’re not coming clean about these staff changes,” a source close to the situation told The Post., adding, the “public would be outraged over this.”

Just saw this on Fox. They cannot even find the courage to fire thie scapegoats. I guess since I'm a DOD worker I should feel safe concerning the coming Defense cuts, or maybe not, I must remember liberals don't like the Military.

Do you think any news source besides FOX will cover it or even mention it?

Of course I know about the Benghazi tragedy. I believe it was an incident that all too often happens in that part of the world.

I also think too many are attempting to skew this situation in favor of the republicans and to attack President Obama.

In other words, no credible news source will be covering this overblown story.

Let's see, a US Ambassador is murdered along with 3 other US citizens while at our facility representing the soveriegn USA. A bogus story is told by all WH puppets and a man is jailed for making a film that had nothing to do with Benghazi, and now we are told 4 State Dept employees are fired and well really not. Your right, there is nothing here, please look the other way.:laugh:

You know Rick.... that one isnt even funny. That one frosts my keister. The Libyan government was to protect those people.....however anyone with an 8th grade education would know about the erratic situation in the region & made sure it was secured (surely for a US Ambassador)!

Excuse me but someone messed up this beyond any recognition & they should be made to come forward & claim it .....so it NEVER happens again. If Hillary Clinton does not testify & take the bull by the horns on this one.....shame on her & she should be seen as unfit to ever hold another government position again. I hope the American people feel the same way.

The source is unconfirmed anywhere else, except, perhaps, by some other extremist sources.

I'll take the name calling as a concession of your mistaken opinion.

Don't flatter yourself. I couldn't care less about what you think. It's just good for a healthy laugh every now and then.

All you need to do is pull the government cheese out of your own refrigerator. Did you get your tobacco subsidy this year?

Your willfull ignorance is enlightening to the rest of us.

It has to be willfull, surely.

Anything else would make you one of the most uninformed people on the planet.
