Another Obama lie: No middle class tax increases

The news reels I've been watching says that I'm gonna have to cough up at least an additional $1500.00 om additional taxes

The people believed the lie in 08, and took the bait again in 2012, even after witnessing all the broken promisses. Now we must all bear the wrath of the democratic party! Just wait and see, wait til all these folks see their paychecks shrink and their grocery bills double, then..........no, even then it probably won't matter to them.....it will still be "go O" And, it's Bushes fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Looks like ours will increase by about $300. That's a week's paycheck. For someone who has not had a raise in 5 years that is a lot.

The only tax increase on the middle class is the resumption of the usual rate of the employee's contribution to FICA which is reverting to back to 6.2% from 4.2%. This was not unexpected and should not come as a surprise. Did Obama lie when he promised to tax increases on the middle class and then FICA goes back to its usual rate? I don't think so, but if the media were to be consistent and treat Obama like they treated Bush, then it should be called a tax increase.

 

Folks, just keep telling yourself that democrats don't lie and all those tax increases will not hurt one little bit!

 

We are not done either brother as they keep kicking the can down the road. I seriously do not have any confidence that BO has a clue how to negotiate deals......thats why he always sends "Plugs" Biden in.... it's on the job training for Obama....who has no ability to be an effective President. It is going to be a sorry 4 years ahead of us.

 

Makes going on Welfare an attractive proposition doesnt it.....at least you get a phone outa the deal. Soup kitchens, unemployment, food stamps....thats the New Obama Nation. And BO does stink.

Another Obama lie: No middle class tax increases

The lie isn't new, nor does it only affect the middle class. One of his early acts as president was to raise taxes on cigarettes. Statistics at the time indicate the majority of smokers are in the lower income brackets. Yet, he PROMISED that he would not raise taxes on anyone earning less than a half million a year.

That single act, should have clued John Q Public into seeing how much stock to put into his promises relating to taxes.

But, there is one promise that he kept and is still keeping.


To fundamentally change this nation. That, my friends, is one promise we can count on going forward.

 

The guy is a pathological liar and a narcissistic wimp.

The reduced FICA was a temporary relief during the depth of the recession. It was never meant to be permanent. Social Security must be paid for. I support elimination of the cap on earnings subject to FICA. That would fix any problem funding it.
