Hmm - I'm not sure how to answer. Definitely only in the winter but I start out for the first 15 minutes or so with socks on then have to ditch them because I warm up plenty and then my feet get too warm. When I was younger I used to wear socks all night but now that I've reached that certain "hot flash" stage, my feet are quite toasty, thank you very much. :)

LOL! Gotta agree with annsni. I often start with them, but they're off before I fall asleep. It doesn't matter how cold it is.
I usually hate anything covering my feet anyhow, even in winter. Sandals are the norm, though for work, I started wearing regular shoes to (finally) comply with the dress code. My feet aren't used to it and I keep battling severe cases of blistering athlete's foot. Oddly enough, it's usually just on one foot. I've been most of my life barefoot or in sandals, gotta wonder how long I'll be fighting this! No matter what I do to try to prevent it, if I wear shoes, it happens now.

I guess the moral of the story is to not go through life without your feet being used to socks and regular shoes!

I rarely wear sock in the daytime, much less to bed at night. Sounds like a horrible torture to me!

Wouldn't this be considered a personal question?

Probably not as personal as asking people what else they wore to bed. That'd be personal...and a bit creepy.

The only time I ever wore socks on a daily bases was while in the service. I do wear socks on Sunday going to church. I have never wore socks to bed.

Sporadically, whenever my feet are cold. And it's the same every time. Go to bed with 'em. Wake up without 'em.

Do you wear underware is a personal question.

I wear socks in the winter, both when I am awake and when I sleep, because my feet get cold.

Depending on how my circulation is, I wear woolen socks to bed.

    Cheers,

    Jim

Good to see you posting Jim, thought you might be sunning yourself in the Grand Caymans or some such.

I posted that I am a winter sock person, but I am wondering if I can buy chainmail socks as a certain toothy furball gives me a nip if I disturb her beauty sleep.
